An inquest into the Christmas Island boating tragedy could be held up if the Commonwealth delays the release of what it says are potentially sensitive documents.
Western Australia's Coroner Alastair Hope wants the inquest held in early May and is seeking access to a number of documents the Commonwealth believes may contain classified information.
